Give a Kid a Flag to Wave
Support for Patriotism is one of the core goals of the Poquoson Exchange Club and we have several
programs aimed at increasing patriotic awareness but none
is more visible then our "Give a Kid a Flag to Wave".
At most City sponsored patriotic events (such as the 4th of July fireworks,
Memorial Day and Veterans Day celebrations) volunteers from the Poquoson Exchange
Club will be handing out small United States Flags to each child that wants one.
